Competition Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration for the 2020 RoboSub Competition (Online Efforts), teams must complete the Competition Cancellation form. Cancellation requests submitted via email will not be accepted.

  • Cancellations submitted on or before June 8, 2020, will receive a 100% refund.
  • Optional: Teams may forward-fund their 2020 registration towards the 2021 RoboSub Competition. (Select this choice when filling out the Cancellation Form.)

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after receipt of the cancellation and will be based on the original payment method. I.e., payments received by check/wire transfer will be processed as wire transfer refunds; payments by credit card will be credited on the original credit card charged.
