Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration for RoboSub 2021, teams must complete the . Cancellation requests submitted via email will not be accepted.

  • Cancellations submitted on or before June 30, 2021, will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations submitted on or before August 06, 2021, will receive a 50% refund.

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks after receipt of the cancellation and will be based on the original payment method. I.e., payments received by check/wire transfer will be processed as wire transfer refunds; payments by credit card will be credited on the original credit card charged.
